Litigation Secretary (Debt Recovery Department)

Kelvin Chia Partnership is a medium-sized law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us as Litigation Secretary in our Debt Recovery Department. Responsibilities: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Debt Recovery Department. Responsible for legal documentation as well as document tracking, filing, and management. Drafting and preparation of Court documents. Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties. Requirements: Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Litigation work. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and eLitigation. A team player with a positive working attitude, meticulous, and able to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English.
