Accounts Executive, Shipping & Commodities (up to SGD 7,000/month) Our client is an international dry bulk shipping and logistics group with offices across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. They are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their Singapore office, supporting the finance function across the group's regional operations. Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing Process and monitor daily payments, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals Assist with GST filings and local statutory and tax compliance Support the preparation of timely financial information and ad hoc reporting Liaise with auditors and tax consultants as needed Work closely with the wider finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within shipping, commodities, or a trading environment Knowledge of IFRS and Singapore filing requirements Strong IT skills including accounting packages and MS Office Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a lean regional team Please send in your resume in WORD format to nicola.clarke@keplersearch.com Nicola Clarke | EA Licence no. 18S9419 | EA Personnel no.
