About this role

Plan and supervise the maintenance team to execute plant activities within schedule and cost while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform frontline troubleshooting on equipment defects to maintain high plant availability and provide technical guidance to staff and contractors. Requires a degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience with power plant or process plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, and HRSGs. Knowledge of CMMS, vibration monitoring, and equipment commissioning is highly desired.
