Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking, high-performing organization. We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise workplace platforms, with Microsoft 365 at the core. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving architectural standards, shaping solution strategy, and ensuring seamless collaboration capabilities across the organization. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, while influencing technical direction and adoption across multiple stakeholder groups. Responsibilities As the Solution Architect, you will define and deliver the architecture roadmap for workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles. You will translate business requirements into practical solution designs, establish platform standards and governance frameworks, and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery. The role will also oversee the integration of collaboration platforms with existing enterprise systems, drive security and compliance considerations within solution designs, and evaluate emerging technologies that enhance digital workplace capabilities. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will guide architectural decisions, document technical standards, and support the successful deployment and continuous improvement of workplace and collaboration solutions. Requirements You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of hands-on engineering or solution architecture experience. You bring deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 platform, and a proven track record designing secure, scalable, and integrated enterprise workplace solutions. Strong technical knowledge across the following areas is essential: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Management Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access Microsoft Defender and endpoint security Microsoft Purview and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Exchange Online and Outlook Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration technologies Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate Broader solution architecture experience beyond Microsoft 365, including enterprise integration and cross-platform solution design, will be highly regarded. Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-700) are desirable, while TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile certifications would be advantageous.
