Production Controller (Semiconductor)

Production Controller (Semiconductor) Position Summary We are seeking a Production Controller (Semiconductor) to manage production schedules, WIP, material planning and customer delivery in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Plan and manage production schedules, WIP and material flow. Drive factory KPIs including throughput, cycle time and on-time delivery. Monitor production, identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans. Manage inventory, MRP and demand planning. Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments. Prepare production reports and performance dashboards. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' semiconductor production planning/control experience. Strong knowledge of WIP, MRP, inventory and capacity planning. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Macros preferred). Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
