About this role

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage post-sales customer operations for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for customer order planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. This is not a sales role. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from creation through shipment and billing. Coordinate order planning, WIP updates, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments. Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries and operational issues. Liaise with Engineering, Production, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Sales to fulfil customer requirements. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and prepare customer reports. Communicate changes in customer requirements and product specifications internally. Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts through value-added services. Requirements Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in account management, customer operations, order management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing is preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, logistics, and customer fulfilment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Team leadership experience is an advantage.
