You will be the key point of contact from the first enquiry through to enrolment, delivering exceptional customer service while helping the centre achieve its enrolment targets. Most leads are generated by the company, and you will also contribute ideas and initiatives to drive enrolment growth. Job Responsibilities: Parent Enquiries & Sales Follow up on inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, walk-ins and digital channels Build strong relationships with prospective parents and understand their needs Present the preschool's curriculum and programmes confidently Convert enquiries into centre visits and successful enrolments Centre Tours Conduct engaging and professional centre tours for prospective families Explain the school's curriculum, teaching approach and programmes Address parents' questions confidently and professionally Follow up after visits to secure enrolments Customer Experience Deliver a warm and personalised experience for every family Provide timely follow-up before and after centre visits Build long-term relationships with parents to encourage retention and referrals Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the enrolment journey Performance & Administration Achieve enrolment and visit conversion targets Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups Participate in enrolment campaigns and marketing initiatives Work closely with the centre team to improve enrolment performance Requirements: Minimum Diploma Previous experience in sales, customer service or education-related roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in presentations and engaging with parents Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries effectively Comfortable working towards sales and enrolment targets Willing to support occasional weekend centre tours when required Interested candidates please kindly send your updated CV to sarah@keytrustrecruitment.sg or whatsapp 8952 8009 to apply!
