Electrical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installation works, including cable containment, cable pulling, wiring, lighting, power, and ELV systems. Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), and shop drawings before execution. Ensure all works comply with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety requirements. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve technical and site issues. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work quality to meet project schedules. Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and prepare inspection requests (IRs). Attend site meetings and prepare daily progress reports. Identify and rectify electrical installation defects before project handover. Requirements: Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction/site supervision. Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, SLDs, shop drawings, and M&E coordination. Familiar with testing and commissioning procedures, QA/QC requirements, and workplace safety regulations. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
