Martech Intern

The Opportunity We are looking for a technically capable and creatively driven intern to join our Marketing team at KGI Securities. You will work at the intersection of AI, web technology, and digital marketing — building tools, supporting deployments, and collaborating across Marketing and IT. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to real projects from day one. The Role: What You’ll Do • Build and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions using LLMs (locally hosted and via APIs), integrated with vector databases such as ChromaDB • Develop front-end and back-end components for marketing tools and web experiences using JavaScript and Node.js • Work with SQL and PostgreSQL to manage marketing data and support analytics pipelines • Support security reviews and compliance-aligned deployment of chatbot and web technology in line with MAS requirements • Design and develop marketing web pages and digital assets using Framer; Figma experience is a plus • Liaise between Marketing and IT teams, translating technical needs into marketing solutions and vice versa • Assist in the setup and maintenance of web servers and hosting environments for marketing applications Who You Are • Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is an advantage • Available for preferably minimum of 6 months (flexible on total duration) Technical Skills • Familiar with LLMs and local deployment on Linux and Windows environments (e.g. Ollama, LM Studio) • Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks • Experience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, or equivalent • Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js; Python or other backend language is a plus • Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL • Understanding of web server environments and hosting (local or cloud) • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices for web and chatbot d…
