What You'll Do · Hunt for new business across our light and compact equipment sales/rental fleet and our advanced portable power solutions(portable power systems and BESS) · Build your own pipeline in the Singapore market; prospecting, site visits, networking, and turning conversations into clients · Get hands-on understanding of customer needs and match them to the right equipment, rental, portable power, or BESS solution · Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions · Negotiate deals and close sales, see your commission grow with every win · Build genuine, long-term client relationships that keep coming back to you · Work closely with our operations and technical teams to make sure what you sell gets delivered right · Stay plugged into trends in the light and compact equipment industry and portable power/BESS technology, so that you'll become the go-to expert · Get out of the office, conduct client meetings, site visits, and industry events are part of the job · Build the track record and skills that could position you for future opportunities in our Malaysia market, as leadership establishes it What You'll Bring · A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field · A natural hunter mentality.
