Project Manager

Job Summary Lead and manage building projects to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting contractual, client, and QEHS standards. Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and control building projects to meet contractual, client, and QEHS requirements Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time completion within financial targets Lead and coordinate project teams by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables Oversee suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls Monitor construction productivity and recommend improvements to enhance work efficiency Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports and all project documentation, including email communications Report project status regularly to management covering QEHS, cost, and schedule metrics Any other duties as assigned Required competencies and certifications Minimum 8 years of experience as a project manager in building projects Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent Safety certification such as CSCPM Proficiency in Microsoft Project Possess Certified QM/CONQUAS Manager certification would be an added advantage
