Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Manage training and courses for foreign workers Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations Support monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculation Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records Handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Able to work independently and willing to work overtime during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing) Handle insurance claims (WIC) and medical insurance administration Familiar with PAM software for worker records, updates, and checks Monitor and verify site attendance records for all workers Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word 5-day work week
