Job Summary Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation, menu planning, costing, and hygiene standards at Kim Eng Chicken Rice restaurant. Responsibilities Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service Develop and plan menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences Calculate and control food costs to maintain profitability Monitor and enforce kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with health regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support kitchen and restaurant operations Adapt work schedule to include weekends, public holidays, and late evenings as required Required competencies and certifications Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTec or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in kitchen or food service operations Other Information Please indicate your expected salary in your resume.
