AM/SeniorIT Executive Job Summary Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Operations Manage and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and end-user devices. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems. Maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. Technical Support Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot complex IT problems and implement timely resolutions. Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and business applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Cybersecurity Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures. Monitor cybersecurity threats and ensure endpoint protection. Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate security updates. Ensure compliance with company security standards and regulatory requirements. Asset & Vendor Management Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses. Manage IT procurement and vendor relationships. Negotiate service agreements and monitor vendor performance. Ensure warranty and maintenance contracts are up to date. Documentation & Compliance Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery procedures. Ensure regular system backups and recovery testing. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Team Collaboration Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior IT staff. Collaborate with business units to understand technology requirements. Conduct user training and promote IT best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT infrastructure and support experience. Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), ITIL, CompTIA, VMware, or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
