IT SAP Ewm Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences)

About our client : Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company. About the role : Engage with business users to understand warehouse and supply chain processes and translate business needs into SAP EWM requirements. Support SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation and enhancement projects. Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions. Develop and manage business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and requirement traceability documents. Support warehouse process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and integration design discussions. Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors throughout project delivery. Lead and support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation. Support activities related to master data migration, data governance, risk assessments, and project documentation. About you: 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, SAP implementation, or ERP transformation projects. Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and/or SAP ECC environments. Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management. Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing is an advantage. Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies preferred.
