IT Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical Industry)

About our client : Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company. About the role : Engage with business users and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements. Gather, analyse, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Support system integration projects, solution design discussions, and vendor collaboration. Develop project documentation including URS, requirement traceability matrix, functional specifications, and test scenarios. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation. Collaborate with global and local technology teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Support project activities such as impact assessments, fit-gap analysis, and data governance planning. About you: 3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, systems implementation, or digital transformation projects. Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and IT project delivery. Experience working with system integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, Aveva PI System, or InfluxDB is preferred. Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.) is an advantage. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
