Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage the Company's overall business operations, including business planning, budgeting, performance monitoring and implementation of internal policies and procedures. 2. Develop and execute business strategies to support the Company's growth, market expansion and long-term commercial objectives. 3. Oversee the delivery of the Company's professional, management and tax-related services to clients, ensuring service quality, timeliness and client satisfaction. 4. Manage client relationships, maintain communication with key customers and business partners, and identify new business opportunities. 5. Supervise the Company's finance, administration, human resources, procurement and other internal functions to ensure efficient daily operations. 6. Recruit, train, guide and evaluate employees, allocate internal resources and build an effective and responsible team. 7. Coordinate with directors, shareholders, professional advisers, banks, government authorities and other external parties on operational, corporate and compliance matters. 8. Ensure that the Company complies with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations and corporate governance standards. 9. Review and approve major contracts, proposals, reports, budgets and operational decisions within the authority delegated by the Board or shareholders. 10. Monitor business risks, resolve operational issues and implement improvements to internal systems, processes and controls. 11. Report regularly to the Board or shareholders on business performance, financial condition, key projects, operational issues and strategic matters. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or a related discipline. 2. Relevant experience in general management, business operations, professional services, consulting, tax, accounting or corporate administration. 3. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. 4. Good understanding of corporate administration, financial management, regulatory compliance and business operations. 5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a cross-border or multi-stakeholder business environment.
