Art Teacher (Weekend, Part Time, Our Tampines Hub)

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fine Arts and a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. This role involves leading Saturday morning classes for students, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity through art. Key Responsibilities: Implement engaging art lesson plans that align with our educational philosophy and objectives. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration. Provide guidance on various art techniques and methods to students, catering to different skill levels and age groups (3yo to 16yo). Encourage critical thinking and creativity through hands-on art projects and discussions. Provide constructive feedback and assessments to students on their artwork and progress. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials and tools are available and properly used. Working Hours to be discussed (weekends) Location: Our Tampines Hub Qualifications: Background in Fine Arts or a related discipline. Strong understanding of various art techniques and mediums. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and fostering creativity in young learners. Ability to inspire and motivate students in their artistic endeavors.
