Responsibilities: Partner with Executive Leadership – Act as the trusted finance advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Drive Business Performance – Lead financial performance reviews, explain key trends and variances, and recommend actions to achieve business and financial targets. Lead FP&A Activities – Own the budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with business strategy. Develop Financial Models – Build scenario analyses, forecasts, and sensitivity models to support planning, investment, and resource allocation decisions. Enhance Management Reporting – Design and improve KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable business insights. Support Strategic Decision-Making – Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, investments, and growth initiatives through robust financial analysis. Strengthen Governance & Controls – Collaborate with Financial Controllers to ensure planning accuracy, data integrity, reporting consistency, and compliance with governance standards. Lead Finance Business Partnering Team – Develop and mentor the finance business partnering team to strengthen commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and business influence. Drive Continuous Improvement – Improve finance planning processes, reporting cadence, analytical capabilities, and overall decision-support effectiveness. Support Crisis Management & Risk Planning – Contribute to crisis preparedness, participate in crisis management activities, and identify financial risks and opportunities to safeguard business performance.
