Senior/Patient Service Associate, Dcd Satellites (2-Year Contract)

You will perform counter and support duties at one of the Department of Child Development satellites: Registration and billing of patients Scheduling of patient appointments Handling telephone enquiries Assists with logistics of therapy sessions/workshops e.g. preparation of materials, set up of rooms, etc Job Requirement GCE N Levels or ITE (Office Skills) Knowledge of OAS/EPIC (patient registration and billing procedures) preferred Skills in use of personal computers and related software applications Customer service oriented Team player Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
