About the role Exciting opportunity for experienced Cross-Border Bus Captains to join KKKL TRAVEL & TOURS PTE LTD' in Singapore. As a Cross-Border Bus Captain, you will be responsible for safely operating buses on cross-border routes, ensuring passengers reach their destinations comfortably and on time. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within the public transport and taxi services industry. What you'll be doing Safely operate buses on cross-border routes between Singapore and Malaysia Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and responding to their needs Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate trip records and documentation Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and route planning What we're looking for Valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in driving commercial vehicles Experience in cross-border bus operations and a good understanding of relevant traffic rules and regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good physical health and the stamina to operate buses for extended periods Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends and public holidays What we offer At KKKL TRAVEL & TOURS PTE LTD', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
