Lead daily store operations and manpower planning to achieve operational targets and business goals Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance performance and deliver exceptional customer service Manage administrative functions including inventory control, sales forecasting, invoice consolidation, and report generation (sales and costing) to support management decision-making Conduct monthly inventory audits of operating equipment and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce losses Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of store activities and promotional campaigns Enforce compliance with product quality, hygiene, and safety standards to uphold brand reputation and customer trust Evaluate employee performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement Investigate and resolve customer feedback related to service and product quality to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and presentation standards to ensure consistent product delivery Oversee shift handover, opening, and closing procedures to guarantee operational continuity and accuracy Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business objectives Requirements: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in managing a cafe and/or restaurant Strong people management and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to operations Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to perform well under pressure
