Transport Controller

Lead and manage a team of Transport Coordinators Manage truck drivers which include recruitment, discipline issue, termination and etc. Work closely with site personnel for delivery scheduling Propose alternate solutions in meeting target if the schedule or work are failed to be achieved Responsible to calculate and project transport fare for each trip Ensure well keeping and maintenance of all trucks Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained as safe work procedure To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned Requirements: Familiar with Singapore Routes Night shift required if assigned
