We are seeking a Senior / Process Engineer (Batch ALD and Furnaces) to support the development, optimization, and implementation of Batch Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and furnace processes for semiconductor manufacturing applications. This role works closely with customers, field operations, and internal engineering teams to ensure process manufacturability, productivity, and continuous improvement of KE equipment solutions at customer sites. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to: Support the development of Batch Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and furnace processes for future applications while assessing process manufacturability. Work with customers to support KE equipment in meeting manufacturability and productivity requirements. Support customers in process techniques and troubleshooting. Continuously analyse data and implement process improvements to meet the changing needs of customers and applications. Work with internal functional teams as well as customers to ensure the successful implementation of focused activities and continuous improvement (CIP) projects. Responsibilities Together with the department, serve as the bridge between internal teams and customers, participating in projects to realise agreed deliverables and making relevant technological contributions. Maintain a close working relationship with the Field Operations department, supporting and implementing application-specific developments and/or CIPs for our solutions. Perform detailed analysis of problems and mechanisms to provide evidence and direction, working with equipment and internal teams to execute corrective and/or preventive actions. Optimise process parameters (recipes) to enhance performance. Establish statistical alarm limits and fine-tune recipe parameters for process control and detection. Manage and expand application-specific process recipes and libraries. Establish systems with proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process engineering activities and CIP transfers to customers. Create and revise SOPs as required, documenting tasks for future training and reference.
