Warehouse Operations Executive / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound activities. Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain operational records. Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Support implementation and usage of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality. Support warehouse setup and expansion projects when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related disciplines. 2–8 years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL operations. Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse processes. Experience using WMS systems will be an advantage. Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
