Business Development Executive (Warehousing & Fulfillment)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our warehousing and fulfillment business in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across e-commerce, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and related industries. Conduct customer visits and understand operational requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines. 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable with customer-facing activities and business networking.
