Job Summary Join SodaStream Singapore as a Retail / Sales Team Member to drive sales, educate customers, and support retail campaigns while maintaining a positive brand image in a flexible, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Educate customers on SodaStream products to enhance their understanding and encourage purchases Execute in-store campaigns to increase product visibility and sales Provide friendly and engaging customer service to create a positive shopping experience Maintain a positive and professional brand image consistently across retail locations Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate outgoing, friendly, and confident communication skills to connect naturally with customers Use strong verbal communication and active listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs Exhibit a natural ability to promote products enthusiastically to customers Show willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment Other Information Comprehensive training will be provided Role requires availability on weekends and public holidays during retail hours Allowances or commissions may be offered to candidates with relevant experience Preference given to candidates who can commit to full listed hours Both genders may apply Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or PRs Other Information EA Licence No. 91C2918 ---
