We are seeking a highly motivated team member to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a range of well-crafted programmes and activities aligned with the department’s mission. 🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♂️ Your Role: Plan, coordinate and evaluate the department’s activities, services and outreach programmes for senior members Coordinate with volunteers to ensure smooth implementation of programmes and activities Support the Befriend Programme (e.g. home visiting, needs assessment & etc.) and facilitate Bixeps Corner operations to enhance senior’s wellness Involve in the Monastery events 📚 What You Bring: Qualification: Min. Diploma and above Year(s) of Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience with seniors or in community outreach Language(s): Fluent in English and Mandarin and/or conversant in dialects to better connect with senior members Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication and interpersonal skills, Coordination and organization skills, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision A team player with strong interest in interacting with senior members Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) or irregular working hour(s) 🎊 Your Rewards: Attractive salary commensurate with work experience Delicious vegetarian meals provided to keep you energised throughout the day.
