Finance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting and finance operations Prepare sales invoices and follow up on accounts receivable collections Process vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable functions Process staff claims and reimbursements accurately and timely Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports Prepare reconciliations, accounting schedules, and supporting documents Ensure GST compliance including preparation of quarterly GST returns in accordance with IRAS requirements. · Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support audit, tax, and other statutory reporting requirements Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records Assist with ad-hoc finance, accounting, and administrative duties assigned by management Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferably with knowledge of contract/project accounting Positive attitude with willingness to learn Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and Committed to meet deadlines
