Job Summary Join Koon Seng Engineering as a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimations, manage contracts, and coordinate supplier engagements for M&E projects, contributing to efficient project delivery and cost control. Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimations for Plumbing & Sanitary, Automatic Irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting M&E works Develop and submit detailed quotations, payment claims, and certifications to support project financial management Draft and manage contract documents to ensure compliance and clarity in project agreements Oversee monthly invoices, progress claims, cost breakdowns, and variation orders while maintaining updated project drawings Source and evaluate suppliers by obtaining and comparing prices and actively participating in supplier meetings to secure optimal procurement terms Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field Experience in quantity surveying for at least 1 year is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM drafting tools is an advantage to support project documentation and visualization Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow Other Information Salary S$3,300 – S$4,000 per month, depending on experience Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Benefits 14 days annual leave Medical insurance coverage Mentorship from experienced seniors
