BIM Modeller Intern

Koon Seng Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd is an M&E contractor specialising in Plumbing & Sanitary, Automatic Irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting systems. We are looking for a BIM Modeller Intern to support our Design team. You will work directly under our Design Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to the design of irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems across live construction projects. Key Responsibilities Create and update BIM models (Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD drawings under the guidance of the Design Manager Assist in modelling irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems based on project requirements and design inputs Support M&E coordination by helping identify and flag clashes between disciplines Maintain design documentation, drawing registers, and version control Assist with occasional site visits to understand how designs translate on-site Help improve internal BIM workflows, templates, and design standards Requirements Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field Working knowledge of BIM tools (Revit and/or Navisworks) and AutoCAD Keen interest in M&E design, sustainable systems, and water-efficient building solutions Willing to go on occasional site visits Good communication skills and strong attention to detail What we offer Allowance: S$1,300 per month Internship duration: 6 or 12 months Direct mentorship from our Design Manager Exposure to real M&E projects and sustainable building systems A clear path to grow into multidisciplinary M&E design roles Friendly and supportive team culture Additional Information Office located at iSpace, 7 Soon Lee Street 5-day work week
