Job Title: Principal Solution Architect – S2P Transformation, Automation & AI Job Summary (About the Role): We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives across Procurement, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, and Payments. This role combines deep Finance domain expertise with enterprise architecture, intelligent automation, and AI-driven transformation . You will design and deliver scalable solutions leveraging SAP, Ariba, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Generative AI technologies , driving digital transformation and operational excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise architecture across S2P, SAP, Ariba, Procurement, AP, Payments, Automation, and AI platforms Design scalable, secure, API-first and cloud-native solutions Drive Finance transformation through automation, AI, and process standardization Architect intelligent automation solutions using UiPath ecosystem Identify opportunities for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and workflow orchestration Design end-to-end integrations across SAP, Ariba, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI platforms Define architecture patterns: API-led, event-driven, microservices Establish frameworks, accelerators, governance models, and standards Lead architecture governance, reviews, and roadmap planning Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders for future-state architecture Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization strategies Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership on AI and digital transformation 🔹 Required Experience 8+ years in Source-to-Pay / Procurement / Finance Transformation Strong domain knowledge in: Procurement Supplier Management Accounts Payable Payments & Shared Services Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ERP ecosystems Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture Strong stakeholder management & consulting skills 🔹 Technical Skills SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ERP integration architecture UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Process Mining, etc.) Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM frameworks LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph Programming: Python, Java, SQL APIs, Microservices, Event-driven architecture Snowflake, Data & Analytics platforms DevOps: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD AI Governance, MLOps, LLMOps 🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in Finance transformation programs Exposure to enterprise AI strategy and implementation Strong experience in integration architecture and cloud platforms 🔹 Why Join Us Lead cutting-edge AI-driven Finance transformation initiatives Work with enterprise clients and global teams Opportunity to shape next-gen digital and AI architecture High visibility role with strategic business impact
