Microsoft Windows Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Job Title: Microsoft Windows Specialist (3-Month Contract) The Microsoft Windows Specialist will be responsible for executing the bank-developed automation scripts for the uninstallation of the existing APEX agent and the installation of the new endpoint agent across Microsoft Windows servers and workstations. Key Responsibilities: Execute the bank-developed scripts to uninstall the existing APEX agent and install the new endpoint agent. Validate successful agent deployment and ensure systems are functioning as expected after installation. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues that may impact the agent deployment process. Investigate deployment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the Bank's infrastructure and security teams to ensure timely and successful rollout. Maintain deployment status, document issues encountered, and provide regular progress updates. Perform deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities during off-business hours, including nights, weekends, and scheduled maintenance windows, as the majority of the Bank's server maintenance activities are conducted outside normal business hours.
