Job Summary You will provide exceptional, friendly service as a Waiter/Waitress, ensuring guest satisfaction and a welcoming dining atmosphere while supporting smooth front-of-house operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables to create a welcoming first impression Present menus clearly and answer questions about dishes and dietary options to assist guest choices Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system to ensure correct processing Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to enhance guest dining experience Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any concerns quickly to maintain service quality Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart to prepare for next seating Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and smooth service flow Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions with attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations to uphold hygiene standards Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure guest and staff safety Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles to support effective guest interactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and team members Positive attitude and teamwork skills to contribute to a collaborative work environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask to manage busy service periods effectively Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure to maintain service quality Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the restaurant well
