Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Engineer within the Electrical Engineering Organization , this role will be working as a multi-disciplinary Engineer in Research & Development (R&D) department on advanced technology platforms for next generation high speed, high precision automated semiconductor assembly equipment. Overview: Design & Develop: Contribute to the design and development of advanced electrical and embedded systems for next-generation semiconductor equipment. Test & Deliver: Support end-to-end development through prototyping, testing, debugging, and product release. Collaborate & Solve: Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, drive improvements, and deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of new systems, as well as the enhancement of existing designs for next-generation semiconductor equipment, working within a multidisciplinary team. Develop embedded systems supporting real-time distributed control, multiprocessing, and data analysis (ARM processors, DSPs, and microprocessors). Design and develop power electronics and control systems for motors, actuators, and transducers, including servo drives, discrete power amplifiers, and power supplies. Perform multilayer PCB design and verification using Altium Designer®. Design continuous-flex cables for bonder system interconnections using Zuken™ E3.cable. Coordinate the production release of PCB and cable designs through Siemens Teamcenter®. Prepare technical specifications and documentation for new designs Conduct bench and laboratory testing at both board and system integration levels.
