Senior Interior Designer (Workplace Office)

Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept development to final presentation, ensuring high-quality outputs and creative solutions. Produce high-standard concept work using hand sketches, digital, and traditional media, while mentoring junior team members on projects. Proactively contribute to business development, including pitches, proposal writing, and presentations. Create and review drawing packages for schematic and detailed design stages. Attend client meetings independently or with a project leader, contributing to or leading client presentations. Source reference materials and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, clients, and their competitors. Conduct site visits independently, addressing any issues that arise. Participate in site measurements, layout planning, and material selection. Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is essential. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design. Dedicated and responsible with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ability to work rapidly under pressure with attention to detail.
