About this role

JobDetails: Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days) Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Location: Kaki Bukit, Shun Li Industrial Park Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project drawings and specifications. Perform detailed material and labour take-offs for MEP works, including Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures. Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from sub-contractor & suppliers, and assist with procurement. Manage MEP related contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms. Identify and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Assess risks related to costs and contracts. Produce regular cost reports and provide actionable insights. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards. Requirements : Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of M&E QS experience in construction / commercial. Strong knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV - Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), & Electrical Plumbing and Sanitary works Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Proactive, independent, and a team player.
