Project Executive

Job Details: Working Hour: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) ; Saturday (8am – 12pm) Working Day: 5.5 Days Working Location: Kaki Bukit Job Description: Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents. Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget. Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual matters to ensure smooth project execution. Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements, specifications, and schedules. Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies, from rough estimates to final price approvals. Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of scheduled work. Oversee project administration and documentation. Maintain good relationships with external parties, including clients, architects / consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities/personnel. Job Requirement: Preferably past experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Special Skills needed for this position: Leadership and project management capabilities Preferably have local construction experiences Experience in managing projects & working alongside contractors Problem solving& critical thinking Outspoken &confident communicator Passion for construction industry
