Enrolled Nurse

The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the provision of a high standard of nursing care to residents. He/ She works under the supervision of the SSN/SN. Perform resident’s Health Assessment and Reassessment. Provision of/Assist in resident’s activities of Daily Living Participate in the provision of Care Management of the residents. Participate in the provision of Infection Control and Resident’s Safety of the residents. Ensure clear communication, teamwork and service skills to all partners/collaborated partners in the healthcare/allied healthcare team to facilitate prompt and quality standard of care for the resident to promote good quality of life or end of life care. Practices critical thinking and problem solving skills when recognizing problems, making clinical decision/s in accordance to professional standards and scope of practices. Requirements: Professional license to practice nursing in Singapore. Accredited School of Nursing /ITE
