BIM Coordinator

Location : Woodland Willingness to commit to extended hours when required Job Description: Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models throughout design and construction stages Manage federated BIM models and ensure alignment with project requirements Conduct regular clash detection using BIM coordination tools and drive issue resolution Support BIM coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and site teams Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, and project guidelines Update BIM models based on approved drawings, RFIs, and site changes Prepare coordination drawings, combined models, and BIM extracts for construction use Support constructability reviews and spatial coordination for MEP-intensive systems Assist in maintaining Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows Support as-built model preparation and BIM handover documentation Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience in construction or industrial projects Strong experience with Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) Proficient in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination Good understanding of construction workflows and site coordination Experience in MEP-intensive or high-tech projects is an advantage Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms Able to work in fast-track project environments Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
