Engineer, Design (Electrical)

Location: Woodlands Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM) Willingness to commit to extended hours Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Job Responsibilities Assist in electrical design and project coordination for semiconductor construction projects Support the design of power distribution systems, lighting, grounding, and earthing systems Assist in load calculations, cable sizing, and electrical layout drawings Support installation and commissioning of electrical panels, switchgear, UPS, and power equipment Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams to ensure design integration Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during testing and commissioning Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment delivery and site works Learn and comply with Singapore’s BCA, EMA, WSH, and relevant electrical codes Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Internship or exposure to electrical design or construction projects is a plus Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is preferred Basic understanding of power systems and electrical safety principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary team The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly
