A Day in the Life As a Localisation ProjectManager for CeraVe and La Roche-Posay, you will act as a central hub within theSAPMENA zone, You will be instrumental in adapting our global innovations forlocal production, making our life-changing dermatological solutions moreaccessible to consumers in the region. This is a unique opportunity to build anew capability from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work onbusiness growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning: Identify future international projects suitable for localisation and build the long-term strategic vision for the SAPMENA zone. Business Case Development: Build and present compelling business cases to gain approval from global and regional Operations, integrating all financial and logistical data. Project Management & Coordination: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless coordination across diverse functions (Marketing, Operations, Product Development) and entities (global, regional, local) to meet all timelines. Artwork Development: Drive the artwork development process in close collaboration with the lead countries, DMI Master Design, C&A, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance. We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactiveindividual who thrives on managing complexity by simplifying processes and isrelentlessly solution-oriented. You have a talent for influencing stakeholdersand driving projects forward with assertiveness and a collaborative spirit. You hold a Master’s degree, either in Engineering with a strong affinity for marketing, or in Marketing with proven experience in operational product development. You excel at navigating complex challenges and can clearly articulate pragmatic solutions to diverse audiences. You have initial experience in project management and are comfortable building a business case and managing economic factors. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your agility and collaborative mindset enable you to connect with diverse teams, from creative to industrial.
