Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gainand customer satisfaction • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predictingclients’ objectives • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence tolaw-established rules and guidelines • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • Build long-term relationships with new and existingcustomers • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements • Experience in customer support is a plus • Market knowledge • Good negotiation skills • Time management and planning skills • Ability to work well under pressure. • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within theindustry. • Good interpersonal skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to conduct thorough research. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends. • Experience in training and mentoring staff. • Degree or Diploma or minimum three years relevant workexperience • Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
