Company Overview The client is a team specializing in brand promotion and merchant information entry services for major payment acquirers. Job Summary You will verify partner merchants’ operations across Singapore, update merchant details accurately, and ensure timely data uploads to support payment acquirers’ merchant information management. Responsibilities Visit assigned areas across Singapore to verify partner merchants are operating normally and valid Update merchant information including name, address, and storefront photos to maintain accurate records Complete daily and weekly workloads on time, ensuring all merchant data is accurate and uploaded promptly to the platform Communicate clearly in English and Chinese to report findings and coordinate updates Demonstrate a proactive attitude by managing your schedule and completing tasks independently in the field Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and polite demeanor when interacting with merchants and team members Carry out field visits across various locations in Singapore to fulfill verification duties Preferred competencies and qualifications Basic communication skills in both English and Chinese to support effective fieldwork and reporting Other Information Benefits Systematic training and platform support provided for easy onboarding Flexible working hours with no office attendance required No sales duties; all merchants are pre-signed partners Suitable for candidates who enjoy outdoor work and flexible schedules Compensation Monthly base salary: SGD 2,500–2,800 Commission available for work completed beyond required workload
