Student Care Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and caring Dual Language Student Care Teacher - fluent in both English and Chinese to guide primary school students in homework, lessons and revision, support bilingual learning, supervise students, maintain discipline, and foster a safe, positive learning environment. Responsibilities Guide primary school students in completing daily homework and revision tasks in English, Mathematics and Science to improve academic performance Support students’ bilingual learning needs by using proficiency in Chinese during instruction and communication Supervise students during centre activities to ensure their safety and engagement Maintain classroom discipline by applying consistent and fair behaviour management techniques Assist with daily centre routines to support smooth operations and student well-being Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide updates on academic progress and address concerns Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence
