BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project life cycle. Analyze BIM models and generate reports to identify areas for improvement or potential issues. Collaborate with project team members, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to coordinate and implement BIM development. Ensure that all BIM models are compatible and that BIM data is available to all project participants. Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Manage construction documents and track the submission. Requirements: Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field. Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork software. Work a 5.5 days' work week.
