Job Description & Requirements Review and study M&E drawings and coordinate relevant trade works with the Consultants and Sub-Con to resolve any technical or site issues. Ensure M&E works are complied to specifications and drawings. Update Project Manager on site problems Supervise and monitor the work progress on site. To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors Coordinate with Sub-con and ensure work are carried out and complete on schedule. Experience in HDB residential projects Familiar with Singapore building construction environment Comfortable with 6 days/week Able to work independently and in a team. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HDB or private residential projects.
