Job Summary We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our Front of House team, delivering excellent food and beverage service while supporting a smooth dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests to enhance their dining experience Accurately take and process guest orders to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Assist guests by providing informed menu recommendations to improve satisfaction Collaborate effectively with bar and kitchen teams to coordinate service flow Work reliably on weekends and public holidays to support operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service in a hospitality setting Communicate clearly and work cooperatively within a team environment Prior hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
