Course Consultant/Promoter

We are looking for someone who: Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. Is entrepreneurial and driven by performance-based rewards. Can work independently and manage their own sales pipeline. Has a passion for helping individuals upskill through quality training. Recruitment & Sales Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media. Conduct consultation sessions to understand learners' career goals. Recommend suitable training programmes. Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments. Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets. Course Promotion Promote courses through: - Roadshows - Networking events - Exhibitions - Online campaigns - Community outreach Generate new leads through referrals and partnerships. Conduct presentations to prospective learners and companies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly New enquiries generated Follow-up response rate Number of enrolments Revenue achieved Conversion rate Repeat customers Customer satisfaction score Important: This is a 100% Full Commission-Based position. There is no basic salary. Income is derived solely from commissions earned on successful sales and enrolments, with unlimited earning potential.
