The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, supporting business functions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role will lead the administration team, manage office facilities, coordinate vendors, and support management in driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities. Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and workflows. Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and maintenance to ensure an efficient working environment. Supervise and lead the administration team, including task allocation, coaching, and performance management. Manage office budgets and monitor administrative expenses. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, landlords, and service providers for office-related services. Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices. Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, permits, and corporate documents. Coordinate company events, meetings, travel arrangements, and business functions. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and workplace regulations. Support HR with onboarding, staff welfare activities, and general administrative matters where required. Work closely with management and various departments to improve operational efficiency. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant administration experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role . Experience in the construction, engineering, or property development industry is an advantage. Strong knowledge of office administration, procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
